HR Coordinator – German Speaker (Full-time, Athens, Greece)

 

You will be responsible for:

– Recruiting coordination, according to the needs of every department
– Setting up and managing the staff training & development program
– Supporting the personnel’s onboarding and progressing within the company
– Creating and applying HR strategies and procedures
– Management of an integrated payroll system
– Monitoring and implementation of labour and insurance legislation

To qualify for the role, you must have:

– University degree in Business Administration or Finance studies
– MSc in Human Resources Management
– 1-3 years of working experience
– Knowledge of labor legislation
– Very good command of the German language
– Excellent knowledge of the MS Office platform
– Confidentiality, integrity, adaptability, consistency and responsibility
